How to fix this bathroom remodel

The initial contractor removed the old bathroom fixtures and demolished, taking out the jet tub and restructured for a shower. I had requested a wet room, but it seems there was a misunderstanding. He ceased work after completing the floor, eventually, months later, I hired a new team to complete only the bathroom walls and shower. Five individuals were involved, but two were acting as designer and foreman apparently . There was a lack of harmony between the Contractor and foreman. They relocated the toilet to a different spot from where it originally was placed by the previous team, positioning it very close to the sink and shifting the sink to the corner. Mostly, I am disappointed with the tiling work and the overall quality of the result. The project, which was supposed to cost $4000, ended up amounting to $9000.
