Cookbooks that focus on entire (healthy) meals?

My wife and I love Rachael Ray's "365: No Repeats" because its recipes are for entire meals instead of just the main dish or just a side. It has some room for improvement, like the variations could be reprinted fully rather than having to jump back and forth between the variation recipe and the main. Also, it's pretty high calorie for most meals.
Does anyone have favorite similar cookbooks that present an entire meal, preferably relatively healthy? (By healthy, I mean moderate amounts of any carbs, grains, meat, fat, dairy, etc.; we aren't looking for any diets that completely avoid something).
