Goya Sazon Cilantro and Annatto recipe

I'm from Chicago but now live in Ireland and I've used the Sazon packets for a long time. Then got tired of having them shipped over all the time. So I decided to recreate the seasoning myself. I think I did a great job. My rice doesn't taste exactly like if I used Sazon but it's pretty damn close.

Today, as I was making Mexican rice, I started to panic a little bit because I couldn't find the recipe I wrote on a random single peice of paper.

So because of that, I'm gonna share the recipe to have a place to look for it if I ever lose mine as well as to help others out who want to give it a try.

The recipe does contains MSG and I use this whole amount for 1.5 cups of rice.

Table salt - 1/2 Tsp

Msg. -1/2 Tsp

Garlic granules -1/4 + 1/8 Tsp

Cumin powder -1/8 Tsp

Coriander powder -1/8 rounded Tsp

Annatto powder -1/4 + 1/8 Tsp
