Customer Support is very frustrating

I recently bought the 360 Titan cpu cooler. The hub that came with it was faulty because it couldn't provide enough power to all the devices, Luckily I had another hub with my lx fans that works fine. The cable that came with the 360 titan snapped off the hub when I was removing it(I was very careful). I sent in a ticket to request just a new hub and cable last friday.
They got to me on Monday, and the response has been super super slow. Its been one respone via email a day. The guy I am working with didn't understand my request at first and recommended I send the whole CPU cooler back, I assured him the cooler works fine I just want a replacement hub and cable. Its now carrying over to Thursday with no response about if I can just receive a hub and cable. Shouldn't take this long for a simple request.
