I park my cart in random aisles to avoid blocking people – genius or pure chaos?
I go to Costco solo pretty frequently, and I’ve developed a habit of parking my cart in less crowded sections (like behind some pallets in the pet aisle or between clothing racks) when I’m in the middle of browsing high-traffic areas. This way, I can grab what I need without blocking anyone, then return to my cart and move it to a new spot if needed.
It helps me avoid holding up the flow of foot traffic while I’m standing there trying to make a decision on a product. I get that it’s a little unconventional, but it’s honestly been a game changer for me when the store’s packed.
Does anyone else do this or has seen someone else do it? Is this secretly super annoying to other people? Just trying to figure out if it’s a considerate hack or a Costco faux pas!
