Customizable Visual Novels?

Hello all!

I have been playing both of the Our Life games, and I absolutely love them! I was wondering if there were other visual novels like them that are really customizable, ideally with choices that matter and/or multiple endings (besides Teenage Exocolonist, which inspired me to get these games). Please let me know.
