Brag post - Craft.do and their team is amazing

So I’m the average person that loves to read reviews on products and services but literally and utterly NEVER leaves reviews because I am lazy 💀

Huge thank you to the entire Craft team for their incredible customer service! I recently had the biggest mess when I accidentally deleted my account instead of just one of my spaces - on my account I use for an entire onboarding document that we share with not only my organization but organizations in 5 states 🥴

Craft’s support team went above and beyond to help me restore it. They even found a VERY fair solution to accommodate my legacy plan, even though it’s no longer offered.

The dedication and attentiveness is truly rare to find in customer service today. I couldn’t be happier to be a Craft customer. If nothing else, their exceptional support makes them stand out from any other note-taking platform I’ve used. Huge thanks to the Craft team for going the extra mile 💙💙💙
