What cards/banks have the best user experience?

We talk a lot about which cards have the highest redemption offers or the best multipliers but what cards or banks has provided you the best user experience?

I have a decent amount of cards from credit unions, Citi, Apple, Chase, Amex, and USbank. I think I would place them accordingly:

Great- Amex, Apple, Citi. For Amex and Apple I love using their apps. payments reflect right away, everything is smooth and I've had no issues. Citi I've had cards from them for about 8 years. Ive only had to contact customer service once or twice during that time for transactions they flagged which I don't blame them for because they were sketchy (but legit) paypal transactions. Payments are also instantly reflected, TYP are easy to cash out with multiple options, and I love the ability to take out flex loans.

Mid- Chase, USbank. Nothing really stands out here, they're fine.

Bottom: Fidelity. The card itself is fine but you gotta use the web (im not aware of a decent app), redeeming cash doesnt start until $25, payments don't post right away, you go through fielity but then get transfered to Elan. It just feels ancient.
