How hdfc tricked me but i got the last laugh😂…

Hey everyone so 7 months back i opened by hdfc salary account and they said do a fd of 50k so that i can get a good credit card. (Never had a card before this)

I did the fd and they provided me with regalia gold (saying it is lifetime free). Since i was not charged the joining fee i thought it is lifetime free.

But after 3 months i saw a charge for annual fee(i was furious 😔). I called the bank they said the old RM doesnt work there anymore, then, i called hdfc customer care they said we can waive the first year fee(without gst) but we dont make this card ltf.(bullshit)

Since i had already spent 3 lakh I thought not to reverse it. Best decision i made.

After hitting 4 lakh limit i got a 2500Rs gift voucher and also the fee is reveresed🎉.

This is a good card till now i have gotten 250+1500+1500+2500 rs as gift vouchers (1500 and 250 were on quarter milestone + first time spend). Plus the platinum card trick for payment 😉

Will try for ltf in year end…
