[CHAT] Needles

So, I generally buy cheap/generic needles, but I’ve seen a few flosstubers say that better needles make a big difference.

I’m a little sceptical but after ditching a brand new needle last night because the jagged eye kept fraying my floss, I would like to get some opinions from other stitchers.

Do brand name needles make a difference? If so, what are your favourite brands, and why?
