Stuck on trading fees...

Hey, I'm looking for recommendations of a crypto exchange. I'll try to make my situation short and simple:

• I'm a programmer.
• I recently tried for fun to make my own trading strategy/bot.
• I tested my strategy on Binance API WebSockets.
• The strategy (for context my strategy was essentially super fast scalping of ETH, SOL or BTC. My trade interval was about 0.1 to 7 seconds) was very profitable on my tests.
• I got really excited.
• Then I understood that Binance trading fees (including with the BNB and referral code discounts) would compleatly eat up my profit.
• I tried simulations with BTC/TUSD (this pair with ETH and BNB has no fees on Binance) but that did not work as the price updates like only 10 seconds.
• I found MEXC with 0% spot trade fees, but as it turned out the API does not allow a trading of the top 10% of coins. I tried doing it with the best coins available but their API was terrible as in being also slow (traded PYTH, KAS, SUI and TAO).
• Tried looking for more alternatives - found RobinHood but that a big nono, found Lykke, which looked very promising, but I kid you not they last month got a cyber attack so the exchange is not available right now.

Are there any more alternatives from your experience that have no spot trading fees and a good and fast ol' API? You're advice would be greatly appreciated! :]
