Customer support
This is a big ass history but I’ll try and be concise. Crypto.com was my first exchange when I got into crypto whilst I was studying in the UK. I created an account with my first address in the Uk and my first English phone number. After 1 year of crypto I realised that crypto.com was very far from being the app where I would spend my time. It hasn’t been for me since the start. I have a huge problem with the customer support. Back in 2022 I tried to get my money from crypto.com to another wallet. *forgot to say that I stopped being able to make transactions in 2022 because they were asking me for some type of verification process that I couldn’t complete because I had changed address and there is no option “change my address” you simply have to verify that you are somehow in the first address that you provided to be Able to buy and sell. I had around 1k in vechain by this time, it was just profit from a 2021 investment in vethor and vechain.
Ok so, during this years for a couple of times I tried to contact support, they say it won’t take more than 10min ( I think they used to say even less) but it always felt like I was talking to some old guy that has no idea of what he is doing and takes 24h to reply to me. Now I am really keen on getting this money out of here so I spent the whole day talking to support, once again without a clear conversation, I’ll ask about one thing and he’ll reply 30min after and it will probably be “please bear with me” or “thank you for bearing with me”. Basically today after 6h of chatting to the support I did something that I was afraid of doing and created a new crypto.com account (this one for my new country and new address) I tried to use the feature” send to a crypto.com user” and now my money is gone. It left one of my accounts and did not arrived in the other one. Any help? I’ll come back with a more concise request I know this is a confusion of a text but yeah I am tired of crypto.com how are they so big and so behind the other exchanges.
