Batman: Gargoyle of Gotham. What's going on?

This series was one of the first Black Label comics I picked up after the White Knight trilogy, after reading #1 was enamored by it and willing to put up with the release schedule. However, I just saw that issue three of four has been kicked out to September after initially scheduled for February, then May and then July. I checked his Instagram and while it is in Portuguese, there's no explanation for why the delays are this frequent.

I love Grampa's unique art style and his characterization of Bruce, but I'll be honest, my excitement for this series is pretty much gone. At the rate the delays keep happening, I'll wait for the trade if the series ever gets finished so that one can be pressed and sold. If it happens to be at my local when I'm making my weekly pickups, I'll grab it, but it's not on my radar anymore.

Longshot, but does anyone have an idea as to why this could be happening?
