What trade installs new electric and gas boxes on side of property?

Good morning,

Recently purchased and moved into my first house and my first item I would like to get sorted is the gas and electricity boxes on the side of the property please see images above.

I have spoken to family and friends who have given me conflicting advise, could somebody please advise what trade would replace these?
