I need help planning a big session
I've been playing with my party for a few months now online and we're meeting up in 3 days for an irl session and I want it to be worth it.
my players are playing a task force in a rebel group in their kingdom, rn they're in a foreign nation on a mission to talk to their president and make an alliance with them. They've just finished getting there, they got caught because they got there illegally but convinced some people from the army to release them if they fake their death so they (the nation) don't get in trouble, they already did that and now they're ready for the mission.
They don't know anything about the nation other than the fact that it's a democratic republic and that it's currently at war. I actually haven't wrote anything beyond that yet so anything works.
The party are level 7 druid, monk, rogue and sorcerer
Just to be clear, I don't need someone to write the entire session or something, but I need ideas for stuff to do in the session to make it big and fun and worth the meetup. Anything works - road encounters, side quests, stuff related to the quest itself etc.
Thanks in advance :)
