Homebrew 1st level racial feats?

Does anyone have a good, not OP, homebrew list of 1st level racial feats?

I am currently designing my first full campaign. I've run some one shots, and played for many about 3 years. In my group our previous 2 DM's have each added on to what the previous one has done, learning each time. So naturally I want to add on even more.

I recently learned of 1st level racial traits and am fairly sure I am going to use them. However, not everyone is playing a race that appears in Xanathars Guide to Everything, for racial feats, we even have 1 homebrew race.

We have a warforged, half-elf, goliath, a sentient alligator (homebrew race), and a changling. For the sentient alligator I have looked into lizardfolk racial feats.
