Have no one to share my campaign plot secrets with and am going to explode

Everyone I know who plays DnD is in my campaign including my gf - which I realize was a massive mistake. How do you deal with not being able to share your campaign secrets with anyone? Because I’m about to POP. I’m the kind of person who can’t buy presents early because I will want to give it to the person. I have yet to find a discord or place I can chat about it. How do you cope?
