How do you even find Bobette?

I'm going insane trying to find Bobette, man...
The past day, I've been playing Dandy's World, I have gotten EVERY NEW TOON'S Research completed.
But for some reason, I JUST CAN'T FIND BOBETTE! I've tried everything! Grinding to a high floor, random tricks, buying from Dandy, but nothing has worked! Not once have I seen Bobette for myself! It's been a DAY since she came out, and yet not ONCE have I FOUND her! I'm going insane bro, can someone PLEASE help me...??
