Name the funniest adult joke from a children's show or movie?

Here are some of my favorites:

In Penguins of Madagascar, King Julien finds a duck egg and thinks it will hatch a baby lemur. However, his honest visor, Maurice, tells them how mammals are actually born.

In Shrek the Third, when Shrek, Donkey and Puss go to Worcestershire to find Artie, two people are seen walking out of a trailer after an experiment with burning myrrh and frankincense gone awry. "Fer low, bro. Don't burn all my frankincense and myrrh."

Or a joke from everyone's favorite Disney movie franchise "Frozen II", Kristoff (Anna's boyfriend) is forced to dress up for Anna's coronation at the end of the film. Anna doesn't seem to mind his clothing choice. "I prefer you in leather, anyway."
