Ds2 players who have played Ds3, do you prefer the mana system to fixed casts?
Ds3 did something the other 2 games didn't, it introduced mana (or FP, not sure what that stands for though). In contrast to each spell having a fixed amount of uses that can be replenished with certain items, now both Miracles and Sorceries take from a shared pool of mana, refillable with a special Estus Flask, and increased by levelling Attunement (I think...?)
Since my 4GB RAM potato could never hope to handle Ds3, I just wanted to sate my curiosity and ask all the good hollows who have experienced both Ds2 and Ds3, is the mana system in Ds3 a lot more interesting than the fixed casts system? Or is it a thorn in your side that you wished they never changed?
Do give your own opinions down below, and maybe try and give an explanation as to why you think so. Many thanks to any and all who took time out of their day to read this post, and an even greater thanks to any who leave their thoughts in the comments. May the sun shine brightly on your days, friends. ;)
