Stuck at "Reading data from disk" after mission

Hey!

I'm stuck at the loading screen with the infinite "Reading data from disk". I finished this mission that got me to level 20 mastery with a weapon and got some good rewards. I'm scared that if I close the game, I'll lose all of this.

So the question is: will I lose things if I close the game? lol
