Toggle Automatic ID Theft option seems a little bit too strong for the Investigators after playing for a while

I have 8 hours in the game so far and i'm sure that all of these where in lobbies with this option turned off, i don't know if its the default to have it on but last night i tried abusing it and it worked way too well, if i were to give some examples:

I got confirmed as a Investigator through L's card and i spent the entire round not touching anyone until the last seconds where i had a monitor someone task and i did it by just running up to the guy and forcibly standing next to him, i did this with 5 seconds left on the clock and the guy couldn't do anything then the day ended and i saw that my ID was stolen so naturally i just told the lobby that he was the only person possible to steal my ID and thankfully the lobby heard me out and voted the poor guy out and indeed he was Kira

As for another example in the same lobby but different match i stumbled upon a guy trying to talk to the NPC in the convenience store since the store is so small we just ended up talking about who would go first and in the end the guy thought up about making a truce where we stand next to each other for enough time to steal the ID's and if we don't lose them then we're confirmed Investigators, and we did that and the day ended and no ID's stolen meaning we had narrowed down Kira by 2 less people.

None of these situations would've happened if Toggle Automatic ID Theft was on and i think you can make so many checkmate situations for the Kira with this that i can see in the near future people in the lobby begging for the host to toggle it off.
