Do you guys feel like discounting your items deters people from buying?

I feel like when it has the red square with the percent sign people are less likely to purchase it. I like to put sales on my Depop often but then when I do it’s like no one even buys it. And I know EVERYONE is already talking about this but the amount of likes and bags some of my items have and ALL offers accepted and no one purchases. I take some low low low ballls and still nothing. Kinda annoying. Ik a lot of it has to do with the buyer fees unfortunately
