Derm prescribed Clobetasol Propionate twice a day 5 days a week for Granuloma Annulare. Is that overkill?

Derm told me to use it twice a day on the patches I have on my arm. Monday-Friday and then do not use at all over the weekends. So 5 days on 2 days off until it clears OR until May 30th when I go back for a follow up. Reading about Topical Steroid Withdrawal/Addiction online is freaking me out that this is overkill with a huge chance of giving me TSW. How worried should I be about this?
