Red dots cover my body

I had this since 3-4 years but never in this quantity. A doctor said it is nothing to worry about when I showed him 2 red dots similar to the ones in the first picture (I could swear one of those never went away since then). In summer I nearly don't have any of those. But now it is as bad as it never was.
