recommendations for red dry itchy skin in the winter

I 20F have extremely sensitive skin and recently had a flare up. How do I get rid of redness on my face? I moisturize all the time but it ends up being dry again and whenever I put a moisturizer on, my face is really red. I have been using La roche posay triple repair cream for the longest time, but it seems like it’s not working anymore. Also I’m scared to try other products as my skin might have a reverse reaction to it. Any skincare recommendations and routines?
