Which floor for basement?

Hello! We had water damage in basement, so we need to redo floor and walls. Which floor should we choose? We currently have white lights, which we will switch to warm. Previously it was all gray (gray floors, gray walls). Trying to make it warmer and cozier. Any thoughts between the darker (A), and lighter (B)? Thinking alabaster white for walls. Thank you so much!
