I hate Edie defenders

Edie has done so many terrible things and people in this sub & on tiktok just excuse her. Yes yes we know all the housewives have done terrible stuff as well, but Edie is on a different level. She slept/kissed 4 of the housewives exes’ or even when they were still together: dated & blackmailed carlos, kissed orson, kissed karl when him and susan were married, had a relationship w karl, tried to steal mike after the coma by manipulating him. Damn the only one she didnt go after is mf tom. Someone call him to hide fr.

And the thing I DESPISE most is the excuse “ohh but yk the housewives were mean to her and bullied her”. Excuse me???? Did u watch the mf show? Maybe u watched in a diff language or something or ur delusional bc that never rlly happened. They really based that off of one flashback scene in which Edie waves to them, the housewives wave back but dont wanna invite her. Thats it. Thats fucking it. And ppl say they bullied her?? Wow forgive me if i dont wanna be friends w someone, what is this 3rd grade? U dont have to want to be friends w everyone

And that excuse is completely debunked and straight up false. Its not even “oh its ur opinion but mine is different”. Or also the excuse of “they judged Edie bc of being sexually active”. No no no lets get it straight. Edie and Susan were literally friends for a good 2/3 weeks (im watching the episode where Edie died and they are having flashbacks). And Edie said she slept w one of Susan’s friends’ husband (more like acquaintance tho). She said it proudly, didnt feel remorse and just didnt care. Like its not even that she fell in love w the man and was like “yeah i love him, cant help it and i do feel bad for his wife”. No she was just having sex for the fun of it. Then Susan didnt want to be her friend anymore and straight up told her. So everyone should stop pretending that the housewives were sneaky and mean to Edie.

Lets be real: would u want to be friends w someone who openly & proudly sleeps w someone’s husband? No bc if they did it to them they would do it to u (edie proved this multiple times later). And u can say well they werent friends w Edie so its ok for her to date their exes. Thats also not true. When she dated Carlos Edie and Gabi were friends, actual good friends.

All the fucking excuses for Edie are so stupid and literally false. I get that ppl still like her, i do as well. I like her open personality & shes funny. But that doesnt mean that I will pretend she is the victim & was bullied. Like pls.

And yes Edie did deserve them shutting her out. She literally blackmailed Bree. The housewives tried SOOOOOO many times to be her friend but she ruined it everytime. She got what she deserved. And when she came back they AGAIN were her friends & gave her a chance.
