Seal the Deal: getting 5k triumph points

Currently at 2,9k triumph points and I want to get to 5000 points. For me, it feels like I am making barely any progress. Are there specific quests or tasks that give you a lot of points? I only gained like 100 points today and I am kinda desperate.
