Fix OCEANIC bg's urgently.

Not sure if im speaking for many people playing on the OCE server but since we merged with the Korean server bracket ive noticed the lag in bg's is getting bad and to the point some games unplayable. And now the with the addition of speed hacking allowed to be in these matches with no annoucement's to inform the community that they are aware of this and a fix will be incoming. Wish blizzard was the main game design instead of netease alot of these problems would get resolved. Wake up devs pay attention to these post's its getting out of control even more so then it has been CMON
