Newbie looking for help

Hey guys, I've recently started my Diablo Immortal journey. I'm looking for a guidento help me progress now that I have reached paragon. Most things i find are kinda outdated. I've invested my first points into loot drop and exp gains. Im looking for general tips, like is it safe to remove the essence from all legendary gear that im not using, how to get familiars, what dungeons to run. Um just hell 1 and am pve oriented. Thanks.
