Is Jesmon X still worth going after?

So the Jesmon X banner ends in less than a day, I've tried a few times over the last few weeks to summon him with no luck.

currently I only have 201 rubies on me.

so my question is: Is Jesmon X worth spending my last 200 rubies on a chance to summon. or am I better off holding them until tomorrow and going after a super personality digimon with them instead?
