I'm finally getting around to FHSY and as I'm finishing up, I got to this quote.

I know it's a very popular line in the community, and it got a reaction from the cast, but can someone explain why this line is so popular?

Don't get me wrong, this has been a phenomenal episode, but I'm failing to see the true value of this line.
