Does anyone remember if we found out who it was that almost killed Fabian in Freshman Year?

When Fabian goes back to Seacaster Manor, right before the scene where Bill Seacaster dies, there’s a man wearing a suit and a harvestman mask that Fabian stabs through the hand.

I can’t remember if we ever found out who that was - I’m wondering if it’s Alston Hughes. In his portrait, one hand is tucked into his pocket and I’m not sure we’ve ever really checked out his hands (very specific if so). Not sure how that would feed into the larger plot but??? Could he be a secret enemy? He could be tampering with Fabian’s nemesis alert system to remove himself and the big bad from it?
