Complex opt-in notifications

So I am creating a bot that is going to be creating notifications, users should be able to select what kind of notifications they want.

The plan is to mention users by roles but becauce I want to allow users to select what they want to be notified about the role count is going to be pretty high. The bot could create the roles as needed but even then it does not feel like the best solution.

Notifications can have 3 types. I want the user to be able to select which types they want to be notified about aswell as which platforms

Does anyone have any other ideas? I am not tied to any kind of system yet so any ideas are welcome
