Lumino Battery information

Getting a relocation and a moving company is involved. There’s a lithium battery disclosure. They need to be under 100 watt-hours or 20 watt-hours or less for single cells.

I haven’t been able to find anything about this online.. also the disclosure is fucking confusing. Anyone know if these things are safe to ship.. I mean it was shipped to me but who knows.
