Im so sorry, but.. WHAT?

I have a question, why is DA sometimes so buggy? Yesterday I went in like yesterday, I TAKEN the reward, I remember this, because I went to the store and bought a set, but.. why am I going in now and it shows me this? You might think it was a Roblox bug, but everything is fine in Sonaria and the login series continued Wth, sonar studio ;(
