Dual-wield Rogue Low Damage?

I'm currently level 13-14 and I feel like my damage is horrible. It takes me a while to even defeat an archer. I have daggers crafted and everything, both Daggers of the Dragon, but I feel like the DPS is just low or something. I have the Assassin specialization so I thought I'd be wrecking shop by now.

Does anyone have any hints or ways I can get my damage up?
