Getting really angry with Gameloft

I'm experiencing 2 major bugs at the moment: when I craft storybook magic, it is SUBTRACTING instead of adding - i went from 5500 to 400 when I should have hit 10,000. And whenever I get in game mail, there are no attachments, for almost 3 weeks now. Even when they say "here is a gift". Nada. Empty. Nothing.

I've opened tickets and all I get is "yeah we know and we're working on it", with no ETA for a fix, no mention of how they will restore all the missing magic and missing items, absolutely no information. I have spent a not inconsequential amount of money on the game, dlc, moonstones, etc. And I'm starting to feel like they've violated their licensing agreement, because I'm simply not getting what I legally paid for. Its turning me off of the game quite rapidly. Who wants to be disappointed every time they open a message? Who wants to watch their magic go backwards (I'm now starting from near zero when I should have pushed over 10,000 to open the next area). Gaming is supposed to be fun and enjoyable and instead I can't really progress because of vanishing items- is just grinding with no reward.
