Help Sharing Cloud Save

Hello, until recently I’ve played DV on my switch and have been grinding for quite a while. However I heard that DV can be played across platforms with the same account so I bought the $80 DV pack on my ps4 but now I have a huge problem. The log in/ Cloud feature is not showing on my ps4. Can anyone help me?
