When was the deadline for delivery of dreamsaps changed?

I usually have very little time to do dreamsnaps, so I always tend to send them a few hours before the time is up to submit it. Here in Spain it was always until 3PM, I was going to send my image at 2:10PM and I realize that there was already another Dreamsnap challenge...

I feel that they should have warned in advance, maybe with a notification window when entering the game. I know you can see it on the event countdown but honestly I never looked at it because it was always the same hour!

I'm a little upset and sad because I was so happy with how dreamsnap turned out. With so many cool items coming to the premium store, losing the chance to win moonstones for a week is devastating 😭😭😭😭😭
