How do people pay for parking?

I workout at a gym in ballsbridge and every morning ( 7-8 AM) hardly any dashboards have the parking slip visible except mine which I buy from the parking machine.

Is there any app people use to pay for parking? Or most people buy a parking permit? Or most of them just don’t pay at all?

If it’s an app, can anyone share name please.
