Tet McMillan vs last years wr class

I don’t follow college football very closely just wondering how good is Tet and where would he rank in last years draft class? I’m guessing MHJ, Nabors, McMillan, Odune, BTJ?

Just wondering if he’s in the same level as the top guys last year or simply stands out as it’s a weaker wr class coming in 25?
