Dyshidrotic eczema or bacterial infection? More in caption

It all started with one small pimple-like thingy on my ring finger back in October, and now it looks like this. My PCP and I agreed it seemed like dyshidrotic eczema, and oral steroids helped a bit but of course it all came back with a vengeance right after I stopped.

I won’t be able to see a derm until March (yay :/) so I was looking in the sub and I don’t see a lot of blisters like the ones I’m having. Did your dyshidrosis look like this? Could this be a bacterial infection? Am I so unlucky that I have both? 😂🥲
