Anyone simply can’t play new gen version because of bad gameplay?

I keep trying to play new gen but the gameplay is just too poor. I’m in full bars and around 15 ping. But gameplay is slow and unresponsive. I have to go to old gen to get any sort of responsive gameplay. Just sucks really.
