Any reviews on the 90 Cuadrado?

Thinking of getting him in at wingback in a back 4, is he not good enough defensively for that or does he do fine? He fits my PnP coz he used to play for Udinese but not sure if he's better than my 87 evos to make it worth it (unless his price drops). Am I wrong? Is he worth 200k?
