Do you consider this spamming ?

Guy on the left swears he's better than me he won one of our rematches by throwing that jumping kick to the body over and over and running back. He doesn't want to go regular only stand and bang. In our four fights dude probably threw a total of 6 punches all kicks. Do you consider this spamming or is he a good striker like he claims to be?
