What was the exact moment you realized you had an unhealthy relationship/habits with food.

For me it was during a family party a few years back. We were all eating and I was the last one to finish and leave the table. Even after leaving the table I couldn’t stop eating (an unhealthy amount) I realized that I had eaten more than double what my family had as a whole. I went inside of the bathroom and cried, I stayed in there staring at myself in the mirror until the party was over.
