Did the Gaiman exposé mess anyone else up?

I was doing alright the past couple of weeks, eating almost normally, but for some reason it triggered tf out of me. I feel like I’m spiraling, which is wild because he used to be my favorite author but I’ve known he was a scumbag since July. I guess it was the details, idk. I just feel like I’m suddenly relapsing hard.
