Need tips on my Perrie the Pulverizer deck

Hello! I’m pretty new to EDH, and magic in general. I’ve been trying to build a strong counter/proliferate deck but I constantly find myself without anything to use for multiple turns. Does anyone have any tips on cards to use or cards to take out? This is my deck
